Feelings come and go. You feel them. They soon settle down inside your heart chambers. Some of the feelings, you love them. Feeling of love and happiness lifts your spirit and make you smile. Some days are bright and beautiful. Looking around, you admire every bit of everything. You appreciate all little pieces revolving around yourself. Someone genuinely compliments you in the morning, you feel beautiful throughout the day. Someone helps you with assignments in the afternoon, you feel good having them around you. Someone secretly drops by and waves at you in the evening, you smile at them and spread love. Someone cooks dinner for you at night, you heartily enjoy the meal and feel blessed. Someone is hopelessly crushing upon you, you undeniably feel silly and good at the same time. You feel loved and appreciated for being you and having a good life. Such feelings literally make you happy. Life seems to be perfect. This is one side of our story. Everyone’s story.
On the other side, you feel so miserable some days. From the moment you wake you in the morning, your heart feels heavy. You try every inch to make things happen. Negative vibes enter your system and stick to your head. Downtrodden vibes kill your good thoughts. Getting out from the bed becomes an uphill task. You find solace in your sleep. To escape from your reality, you enter your dreamy world. You feel low and broken. You feel ignored and unappreciated. You get all kinds of disheartening feels inside you. Your head and heart feels twisted and screwed. You do not feel okay at all.
These two sides of our story make us HUMAN. Humans with feelings. It’s okay to feel loved. It’s okay not to feel okay too. Happy and sad days make us strong. Losing hope and trying again makes us wise. Both of them make us value things around us. Did you ever realize this? It’s pretty beautiful when you zoom in and see. Yeah.
